This guide will show you how to set up datapacks on your server.
❓ What Are Datapacks ❓
Datapacks are ZIP files that can customize your Minecraft experience. They can be used to add/remove/change advancements, loot, structures, recipes, etc without the code modification that mods do.
Datapacks have only been implemented in Minecraft recently, so they only work on Minecraft 1.13.x+
. Make sure to check if the datapack you want to use works on the newest Minecraft versions!
Find Your Datapack
To set up a datapack on your server you need to first find one. You can use our Datapack Installer
to search for it (recommended) or you can manually find one to install.
NOTE: This is a good source to find datapacks to install manually.
How to Install a Datapack

to set up your datapack or do it manually.
The Datapack Installer
To set up your datapack using our installer please do the following:
- Log in to your Multicraft panel here and stop your server.
- Click on
Installers
, then onDatapack Installer
.
- Click on the datapack you want, then click
Install
, and start your server.

Setting Up Manually
To install a Datapack manually you’ll need to download the file and upload it using your server’s FTP. Please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Multicraft panel here and stop your server.
- Click on
Files
, then onFTP File Access
, and log in.
- Open your current world folder.
- Open the
datapacks
folder (which is located in your world folder).
- On the bottom left, click
upload
, upload your datapack, then start your server.

Find Your Installed Datapacks
To see all the datapacks installed on your server, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Multicraft panel here.
- Click on
Installer
, then onDatapack List
.
Here you will find a list of all the datapacks you installed.
