How to Find Your Invoice ID

The easiest place to find this information is in your GGServers billing account.

To find your invoice ID, you need to:

1. Log in to your GGServers account here.

2. Click on the INVOICES icon.

3. A list of all the invoices we have generated for you will appear. Look for the invoice that applies to the transaction in question. You should see the invoice ID number in the left column.

If you can’t access your account for any reason, another way you can obtain this information is through your email account. Whenever we generate an invoice for you, we email you. This email contains the invoice as an attachment as well as the invoice ID number, as shown below.

Once you have the information, send it as a reply to the ticket where it was requested.
