Verifying Your Transaction Print

A staff member may ask you to verify the transaction for your order.  If this happens, you will need to provide them with certain information about your transaction.  This article will guide you through the process of verifying the information for your transaction.

 

The process of verifying your transaction is different depending on the gateway you used for your order.  Figure out which gateway you used and proceed to follow the instructions for your gateway.

 

PAYPAL

- Find your PayPal Transaction ID. (Learn how in this guide.)

- The Date the payment was posted.

- Your paypal email.

- Send your PayPal Transaction in a reply to the ticket where it was requested.

 

STRIPE

- Find your Invoice ID. (Learn how in this guide.)

- Make sure that you have the last 4 digits of the card you used for your order handy. You may be asked for this information.

- The Date the payment was posted.

- Your billing email.

- Send this information as requested in a reply to the ticket where it was requested.

If the staff member working your ticket has further questions about your transaction, they will ask.
