This guide will show you how to find your Invoice ID number when one of our staff members asks for this information. There are a few different places where you can find this information.
Probably the easiest place to find this information is your in your GGServers billing account.
Step 1: Login to your GGServers account, if you haven’t already.
Step 2: Click on the “INVOICES” icon.
Step 3: A list of all the invoices we have generated for you will appear. Look for the invoice that applies to the transaction in question. You should see the invoice ID number in the left column.
If you can’t access your account for any reason, another way you can obtain this information is your email account. Whenever we generate an invoice for you, we send you an email. This email contains the invoice as an attachment, as well as the Invoice ID number, as shown below.
Once you have the information, send it in a reply to the ticket where it was requested. If you have any questions, feel free to ask the staff member that requested the information.
