
Managing your Palworld server sometimes means you need to remove disruptive players. Here’s a simple guide on how to kick and ban players quickly and safely.
How to kick a player
Kicking a player will immediately disconnect them from the server, but they can still rejoin later.
You can kick players from your Palworld server in two ways: using the server console or directly in-game as an admin. This guide will walk you through both methods.
Server Console
First, you will need to access your server control panel, if you aren’t sure how to login, we have a guide here.
- Once you are logged in, click on the console tab.

2. In your server console, enter the command ShowPlayers
. Once the command is ran, you will be able to see your player’s Name, Player ID, and Steam ID.


3. Copy the Player ID or Steam ID of the user you wish to kick, and use the following command KickPlayer steam_<Steam ID here>
.

4. Run the command and the player will be kicked!

Note: Always double-check the Steam ID to avoid accidentally kicking the wrong person.
In-Game
To kick a player in game, you will first need to become a server admin. If you aren’t sure how to do so, we have a guide here.
- Once you are an admin in game, press
Enter
to open the in game chat and use the command/KickPlayer steam_<Steam ID here>
.

How to Ban a Player
Banning a player will block them from rejoining your Palworld server until they are unbanned.
You can ban players from your server in two ways: using the server console or directly in-game as an admin. This guide will walk you through both methods.
Server Console
