How to Enable Hardcore Mode on Your Rust Server

Hardcore mode in Rust offers an exciting twist for players seeking a more challenging and survival-intensive experience. By activating this mode, you’ll disable several comfort features, turning the gameplay into a true test of survival skills.

What’s Different in Hardcore Mode?

Here are the main changes that make Hardcore mode stand out:

  • No Teams: Team systems are turned off, increasing difficulty.
  • No Safe Zones: Safe zones are completely removed.
  • Map and Compass Disabled: You won’t have access to your map or compass.
  • Global Chat Disabled: Communication becomes localized, making coordination tougher.
