How To Change Server Name ARK Server

Changing your ARK server name is fast and easy using GGServers’ optimized control panel. Your server name is what players see in the server browser, so choosing a clear and unique name is essential. Follow this simple guide to update it safely.

Step 1 — Access the GGServers Control Panel & Stop the Server
Go to https://panel.ggservers.com/ and stop your ARK server before making changes.

Step 2 — Open Server Settings
On the left-side navigation menu, click Server Settings to access all configuration options.

Step 3 — Go to General Settings
Inside the menu, click General Settings. This section includes your world, multiplayer, and identity settings.

Step 4 — Edit the Server Name Field
Find the field labeled Server Name. Type in your new server name exactly as you want it to appear in the ARK server browser.

Step 5 — Auto-Save & Restart
The panel automatically saves your changes. Once the new name is set, simply start your server again.
