After some playtime, you may want to enable the cheat mode on your server for an easier game experience. This guide will walk you through the process of adding admin to your server and enabling cheats.
How to Identify Your SteamID64
You can add an admin by their username, entity ID, or SteamID64. To find your SteamID64, you need to:
- Go to the SteamID page here.
- Paste the player’s Steam URL, Steam username, SteamID, or SteamID3, and click on
lookup
. Any of the four methods mentioned before will work for finding the player’s SteamID64.
- Copy the player’s
steamID64
as this is the one you need to add him as an admin to your server.
How to Add Admins
To enable cheats on your server, you must first be an admin.
To add admins, you will need to use one of the following two commands in-game or using your game server panel console:
admin add <name, entity ID, Steam ID> <0-1000>
(for Name or Entity ID)admin add <Steam_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX> <0-1000>
(for SteamID64)
The number at the end will set the player’s permission level, with 0
being the maximum.

key.
Examples:
admin add GGServers 0
admin add Steam_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 0

To enable the cheat mode on your server, you will have to use the following commands in-game or via the game server panel console:
dm
– enables the debug menucm
– enables the creative menu

key.
After enabling the cheat mode, you can do the following:
- Enable God Mode by pressing
Q
. - Press
SHIFT
+Q
to teleport you forward to the location you are looking at. - Open the Creative Menu by pressing
U
. - Enable Fly by pressing
H
. - Turn on Noclip by pressing
ESC
and enablingNo Collision
