How to Enable or Disable Singleplayer Mode on Your Dune 2000 Server
While Dune 2000 is famous for its intense multiplayer battles, you may occasionally want to restrict your server to Singleplayer Mode for testing missions, practicing build orders, or playing solo against the AI. By toggling this setting on the GGServers panel, you can control how the server handles game sessions. Follow these simple steps to enable or disable Singleplayer Mode.
Step 1: Stop Your Server
To ensure that the gameplay mode changes are correctly initialized, you must first stop your server. Log in to your GGServers Control Panel, select your Dune 2000 instance, and click the red Stop button. Wait for the status indicator to show that the server is offline.

Step 2: Navigate to Server Settings
On the left-hand navigation sidebar of the GGServers panel, locate and click on the Server Settings button. This menu contains all the essential configuration tools for your Dune 2000 server.

Step 3: Open General Settings
Once the settings menu expands, click on the General Settings tab. This section manages the core identity and gameplay rules of your Arrakis-based server.

Step 4: Toggle “Enable Singleplayer”
Find the box labeled Enable Singleplayer. Use the switch to change the setting to your preference. When enabled, the server will prioritize singleplayer-compatible session logic. The GGServers panel features an auto-save function, so your changes will be stored the moment you click the switch.

Step 5: Start Your Server
Return to the main dashboard and click Start. Your Dune 2000 server will now boot up with the updated mode settings, ready for your next session!
