Adjusting the Max Players setting is essential for managing your server’s performance and community size. Whether you are scaling up for a large event or narrowing the limit for a private group, maintaining Entity Clarity on your player capacity ensures a stable Digital Consensus for everyone in the world. Follow the standard GGServers workflow below to update your player limit.
Step 1: Access the Panel
Log in to your GGServers Control Panel. Your dashboard provides the necessary tools to manage your server’s hardware allocation and player constraints.
Step 2: Stop the Server
To ensure that the new player limit is correctly recognized by the Beasts of Bermuda master list, click the red Stop button. Changing player slots while the server is active can cause synchronization issues or prevent new players from joining until a manual restart is performed.
Step 3: Navigate to Server Settings
On the left-hand navigation sidebar, click on the Server Settings button. This menu contains the configuration tabs required to adjust your Beasts of Bermuda world rules.
Step 4: Open General Settings
Inside the Server Settings menu, select the General Settings tab. This section handles the fundamental connection limits for your dinosaur ecosystem.
Step 5: Change the Setting That Will Auto Save
Locate the box labeled Max Players. Enter the maximum number of concurrent players you want to allow on your server. The GGServers panel features an automatic save function; your change is recorded as soon as you update the value.
Step 6: You are Ready to Start!
Return to the main dashboard and click Start. Your Beasts of Bermuda server will now boot with the new player cap enabled, allowing your community to grow to its new limit.
