Change Game Settings Preset VRising Server

Changing your V Rising Game Settings Preset with GGServers is quick and effortless! This option allows you to choose predefined gameplay settings, like PvE, PvP, or custom worlds, so you can shape your V Rising experience exactly how you want it.

1. Stop Your Server

Before making any configuration changes, stop your server from the GGServers Game Panel. This ensures your settings are saved and applied correctly when you restart the server.

2. Go to Server Settings

On the left-hand navigation bar of your panel, click on Server Settings. This is where you can control all core aspects of your V Rising server configuration.

3. Open the General Settings Tab

Once in the server settings section, open the General Settings tab to access gameplay configuration options like server name, password, difficulty, and presets.

4. Locate the Game Settings Preset Option

Scroll through the list until you find Game Settings Preset. This option defines which preset your server will use — for example, PvE (peaceful mode), PvP (competitive mode), or custom settings for a unique experience.

Note: Some presets might not take full effect after your world is first created. If you’re using a custom ServerGameSettings.json or an uploaded single-player save, you can leave this field empty or set it to “null.” This allows your uploaded configuration file to take priority.

5. Save and Restart Your Server

Once you’ve selected your preferred preset, it will automatically save — no manual action required. Simply restart your server, and your new settings will be applied instantly!
