Change Game Mode Garrys Mod Server

Changing the game mode on your Garry’s Mod server is fast and easy. GGServers makes it simple to switch game modes and keep your server exciting for players.

Step 1: Stop Your Garry’s Mod Server

Log in to your GGServers control panel at https://panel.ggservers.com and stop the server before making any changes.

Step 2: Open Server Settings

Click on Server Settings in your GGServers panel to access your server configuration options.

Then navigate to General Settings to find the game mode configuration.

Step 3: Change Your Game Mode

Find the Gamemode box. By default, it is set to sandbox. Enter the name of the new game mode you want. Your changes will automatically save.

Step 4: Start Your Server

After updating the game mode, start your Garry’s Mod server from the GGServers panel. Your server will now load with the new game mode ready for players.
