The Ender Dragon and How to Respawn It



# What Is the Ender Dragon?

The Ender Dragon is the largest naturally spawning mob in the game and also the final boss of the game. After defeating him, you will be prompted to a screen with credentials to the game.

The Ender Dragon can be found in The End dimension.

# How to Find the End Portal?

To find the Ender Dragon, you need to access The End dimension. To do so, you need to find The End portal:

1. Get `Eye of Ender` and simply `right-click` on it. You will notice that it will fly in a specific direction.


|| ⚠ NOTE ⚠: To craft the `Eye of Ender` you will need the following materials: ** `Ender Pearl` ** and ** `Blaze` **. The recipe for it is as you can see below:

2. Just follow that direction until it stops to a point and there you need to dig down to find the cave that contains The End Portal.

# ☠️ Killing the Ender Dragon ☠️

Keep in mind that the best choice of weapon for killing the Ender Dragon is a bow as it is flying and it is out of the melee weapon range.

After killing the Ender Dragon, a `dragon egg` will spawn at the top of the Final Portal.


Also, after killing the Ender Dragon, a portal to the `Ender City` will appear.


|| ⚠ NOTE ⚠: The Ender City is the only place in the game where you can naturally find `Elithra`.

# Crafting the End Crystals

To respawn the Ender Dragon you will need to craft first End Crystals. To do so, you will need:

* ** `One Eye of Ender` **

* ** `One Ghast Tear` **

* ** `Seven Pieces of Glass` **

# How to Respawn the Ender Dragon

To respawn the Ender Dragon you need to do the next steps.

1. Find the Final Portal

2. Place the End Crystals as you see in the image under

After doing so, the four crystals will activate and rebuild all the pillars and also their end crystals.

After all of the pillars are rebuilt, the Ender Dragon will respawn again and you will see its life again on the top of the screen.
