Pending Service


Have you just paid for your server and it is not activated yet? So your server is probably at the pending stage.

# ❔ Pending ❔

If your server is pending that means that we are still setting up your new server. Most of the time, activation happens instantly, or within a few moments at most. In other instances though, we might have to do some additional setup to get you online.

* We set up pending servers in the order that they have been purchased, so the amount of time it might take varies sometimes.

# ❔ Reasons ❔

**Things that may cause this:**

###### Dedicated IP

If you selected your `access type` (when purchasing) as Dedicated IP, we are looking to allocate your server into a new fresh node with a dedicated port 25565 only for you.

If we don’t have Dedicated IPs available, your server will be listed as “Pending” until we get a new machine for you with a 25565 port available. (Once we are finished we will send you an email with the login info for your server.)

###### Username Already in Use

Before getting one of our services in your package building part, you must type your IGN, so we can properly set your Multicraft (Control Panel) Username afterward. But if this Username is already in use, it is necessary to do a manual activation.

All Pending orders are available for us, in a list, and this list is ordered in received time, so if your selected IGN is already in use, no worries, we’ll get your order and it will be fixed as soon as possible. (Once we are finished we will send you an email with the login info for your server.)

###### Subdomain Already in Use

If you selected your `access type` to `Subdomain`, it was needed to type your wished Subdomain before purchasing, so we can properly set your wished Subdomain as a way to access the server. But if this Subdomain is already in use, it is necessary to do a manual activation.

All Pending orders are available for us, in a list, and this list is ordered in received time, so if you selected a Subdomain that is already in use, no worries, we’ll get your order and it will be fixed as soon as possible. (Once we are finished we will send you an email with the login info for your server.)

###### Invalid Subdomain

If you selected your `access type` as Subdomain, it was needed to type your wished Subdomain before purchasing, so we can properly set your wished Subdomain as a way to access the server. But if you missed something when typing this (such as an empty space, symbol, unavailable domain), it will be necessary to do a manual activation.

All Pending orders are available for us, in a list, and this list is ordered in received time, so if you selected an invalid Subdomain, no worries, we’ll get your order and it will be fixed as soon as possible. (Once we are finished we will send you an email with the login info for your server.)
