# Setting up Thermos into your Server
First you will have to connect via Filezilla to your server. Here is our guide for doing so.
After doing so we please you to follow the next steps:
1. Delete all server files.
—
2. Add the ‘jar’ folder that you created and the ‘libraries’ folder to the root directory of the new fresh server.
|| You will have to use Filezilla to upload the files, the Multicraft FTP will not do it! [Here](https://help.ggservers.com/en-us/article/how-to-connect-with-filezilla-yl0q5r/) is our guide for doing so.
![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/ba33bb39ceb6d800/8_1douzqo.png)
|| NOTE: The ‘libraries’ folder needs to be inside the ‘jar’ folder and also inside the root directory of the server.
—
3. Go to your main Multicraft page and set your server type to ‘custom.jar’.

—
4. Start the server. You will see that at the first start the server will generate itself the ‘mods’ and ‘plugins’ folder.
—
Now your server is running Thermos and it can run plugins and mods at the same time for the 1.7.10 version.
—
# How to Add Mods

[Here](https://help.ggservers.com/en-us/article/how-to-install-plugins-on-your-server-1yxw90a/) is our guide for installing plugins into your server.
