How to Reset Your Multicraft Password (OLD)


If you ever forget or lose your password for the Multicraft Control Panel, or you just want to change it, you can do so very easily within the Client Area on the GGServers website yourself, without having to contact support.

||| Please note that here, at GGServers, you have two different accounts, one for managing the billing side, meaning the Billing account, and one for managing your server, the Multicraft account. To reset your Multicraft password you need to have access to your billing account as from there you will change the password.

# Reset Your Multicraft Password

In order to change your Multicraft password please do the following:

1. Login in your Billing Area [here](https://ggservers.com).

2. Select your Currently Service.

3. Click on `Change Password`.

4. Type your wished password, confirm it, and click to save it.


You have successfully updated your Multicraft password. Now you can go to Multicraft and log in with your new password.
