This guide will show you how to pre-generate your world on your Fabric server, depending on the version you use.

> You should never pre-generate a large number, such as spamming `99999999` or `1000000` as this can cause the world to pre-generate hundreds of gigabytes or even terabytes, which can result in world corruption and service suspension until the issue is resolved!

### ❓ What Is Chunky Pregenerator (Fabric) Mod 

The Chunky Pregenerator (Fabric) mod is an addition to your server that will let you pre-generate your dimensions to reduce lag and improve performance.

|| ⚠ NOTE ⚠: A good way to reduce lag on your server is to set from the start a radius where you want your players to play/explore, then use a plugin/mod to pre-generate the chunks from that zone, so when players explore that zone, the game will just have to load the already existing chunks instead of generating them.

This mod works on Minecraft versions higher than the `1.15` versions, meaning `1.16`, `1.17`, and `1.18`.

### How to Set Up Chunky Pregenerator (Fabric) Mod 

To install the Chunky Pregenerator (Fabric) mod, you need to do the following:

This command will start a new chunk generation task.
