# ❓ What Are Datapacks ❓
Datapacks are ZIP files that can customize your Minecraft experience. They can be used to add/remove/change advancements, loot, structures, recipes, etc without the code modification that mods do.
|| Datapacks have only been implemented in Minecraft recently, so they only work on Minecraft `1.13.x+`. Make sure to check if the datapack you want to use works on the newest Minecraft versions!

# Find Your Datapack
To set up a datapack on your server you need to first find one. You can use our `Datapack Installer` to search for it (recommended) or you can manually find one to install.
|| NOTE: [This is a good source](https://vanillatweaks.net/picker/datapacks/) to find datapacks to install manually.

—
2. Click on `Files`, then on `FTP File Access`, and log in.

|| This folder might not be called `world`! The world folder name will be the same world name that is on your main server page.
—
4. Open the `datapacks` folder (which is located in your world folder).

—
5. On the bottom left, click `upload`, upload your datapack, then start your server.
