Getting Started – How to Access Your Satisfactory Server and Control Panel


Have you purchased your Satisfactory server at GGServers? Here’s how to get started!

GGServers offers full access to your game server control panel, where users can manage everything that happens on the server.

This article will show the first steps for joining your server and using the game server panel to manage it.

# ✔️ How Do I Find My Game Server Panel and Server Connection Details ✔️

To access your game server panel, you need to follow the next steps:

1. Log in to your billing account [here](https://ggservers.com/billing/index.php/login).

2. Click on your customer’s profile button, then on `Email History`.

3. Click on the first option, `Your Game Server Details`, and you’ll see your server information and the game server panel credentials as well.

—

4. Note your game server panel credentials and server connection details, then go [here](https://amp.ggservers.com) to log in. You can find the game server panel link in the welcome email as well.


|| ⚠ **NOTE **⚠: Your server connection details will be used to join your server [further in the guide](#1-how-do-i-join-my-satisfactory-server).

5. Use the credentials from the last step and log in.


Now, you’ve just logged in to your game server panel, where you can see and manage your server.

6. After logging in, you will be able to find all your instances (game servers). Click on the `Satisfactory` instance to see the connection details or to start or stop it. You can also click on `Manage` to customize and make changes to your server.

7. Before you start playing, you will have to click on the `Manage` button mentioned in the last step, then on the `Update` button.

8. If you click on the Satisfactory instance, then on the `Manage` button, a new page will open where you can fully manage your server. Also, a new menu will pop up where you can select between multiple options, such as `Console` to see the server logs or `File Manager` to access your server files.

# How Do I Join My Satisfactory Server

You can connect to your server via your game server panel, in-game, or by adding the server to Steam.

## Game Server Panel

To connect to your server, you will have to:

1. Log in to your game server panel [here](https://amp.ggservers.com).

2. Click on the `Satisfactory` instance, then click on the `Manage` button.


—

3. Click on the icon located after the `View Connection Details` button, then click on `Open Link`.

4. Click on `Join Game`.

## Join In-Game

To connect to your server, you will have to use the server connection details that you noted [in step four](#1-how-do-i-find-my-amp-panel-and-server-connection-details), as shown below:

1. Start Satisfactory, then click on `Server Manager`.

2. Click on `Add Server`.


—

3. Fill in your server connection details (IP and port), then click on `Confirm`.

|| ⚠ **NOTE **⚠: From your server connection details, the part before the colon is the IP and the part after the port.


Now, you’ve just connected to your server!

## Steam

To connect to your server, you will have to follow the next steps:

1. Open your Steam client and click on `View`, then on `Servers`.

2. Click on `FAVORITES`.


—

3. Click on `ADD A SERVER` and put your server connection details (`IP:port`) there in the address box. Then click on `ADD THIS ADDRESS TO FAVORITES`.

4. Now click on `REFRESH`, select the server you added, and click on `Connect`.


Now, you’ve just connected to your server!
