Your server name is how your transport empire is identified in the OpenTTD public server list. A clear and unique name helps friends find your game and attracts new competitors to join your matches. Using the GGServers panel, you can update this name in seconds. Follow these steps to change your OpenTTD server name.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Access the GGServers Panel and Stop Your Server<\/h3>\n

Log in to your account at the GGServers Control Panel<\/a>. Before editing any configuration files or settings, you must Stop<\/strong> your server. This ensures that the new name is correctly saved to the openttd.cfg<\/code> file and broadcasted when the server restarts.<\/p>\n
