This option can be found in the <code>server.settings<\/code> file from your root directory of the server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <code>level-type<\/code> option is used to generate custom worlds type. Most world generating mods and plugins require a custom <code>level-type<\/code> option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">\u26a0 NOTE \u26a0: If you want to set a custom level-type added by a plugin or mod, like the <code>BIOMESOP<\/code> level-type option that the mod Biomes O&#8217; Plenty needs, you will have to change it manually, not using the Multicraft feature. Level-Types that are completely custom (added by a mod or plugin) need to be set up manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">\u26a0 NOTE \u26a0: If you want to set a custom <code>level-type<\/code> for any of the mods mentioned above you will also have to generate a new world after changing the <code>level-type<\/code> for the changes to take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">  Changing the Level-Type via Multicraft  <\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">If you want to change your level-type to one of the predefined existing ones, then the most simple way is to use the Multicraft feature. If you want a custom <code>level-type<\/code> (added by a mod or a plugin) you will have to set it manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pre-existing <code>level-type<\/code> options we provide are the following<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>- Standard World\n\n- Flat World\n\n- Large Biomes\n\n- Amplified Height Limit\n\n<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>To change the <code>level-type<\/code> via the Multicraft and generate a new world you need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login into your <a href=\"https:\/\/mc.ggservers.com\/\">Multicraft<\/a>, and stop your server.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Find the <code>World<\/code> section and click on <code>Create New<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ggservers.com\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1_1rtroyh.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Select the <code>Level Type<\/code> option you want, put a <code>World Name<\/code> and click on <code>Create<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ggservers.com\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/4_15e5a8w.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li>Start your server and the new world will automatically be generated according to the <code>level-type<\/code> you selected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Now you just created a custom world using a specific <code>level-type<\/code> option from the ones we provide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">  Changing the Level-Type Manually  <\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">For any mod or plugin that adds a custom world generator, the level-type will be one that you will not find in your Multicraft, so you will have to change it manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ones of the most known mods that require a custom level-type option are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ggservers.com\/knowledgebase\/article\/how-to-set-up-and-use-garden-of-glass-mod-skyblock-world-type-on-modded-servers\/\">Botania: Garden of Glass<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.curseforge.com\/minecraft\/mc-mods\/open-terrain-generator\">Open Terrain Generator<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ggservers.com\/knowledgebase\/article\/how-to-set-up-and-use-biomes-o-plenty-mod\/\">Biomes O&#8217;
