The Pterodactyl panel is the custom control panel for Minecraft that GGServers offers. Each of our clients is provided via mail with their credentials for the control panel right after the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If, by any chance, you forgot your panel password, then no worries! This guide will walk you through the process of resetting it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u26a0 NOTE<\/strong>\u26a0: When purchasing a server with us, two different accounts are created in the process. The billing\/GGServers account is the one where you can manage the billing side of your services, your personal information, and your support tickets, and the Pterodactyl account is the one for managing your Minecraft server. To reset your control panel password, you will need access to your billing account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Reset Your Control Panel Password <\/h1>\n\n\n\n

To change your panel password, follow the next steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on Services<\/code>, then on My Services<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click on the service that is assigned to the Multicraft account in question.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Under Actions<\/code>, click on Change Password<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Type your new password, confirm it, and click Save Changes<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            \u26a0 NOTE<\/strong>\u26a0: If you want a randomly generated password, you can click the Generate Password<\/code> button, select the length, and one will be made for you that you can copy and use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
