Errors, bugs, version changes, and creepers are some of the reasons why you might want to restore a backup. This article will help you on how you can restore a backup to a previous time. First of all, don’t stress! It’s way easier than you’re probably thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> We do not touch the server files in any way, we do not delete them or backup. If you do not backup yourself the server files you will not be able to restore them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Restore Your Backup <\/h1>\n\n\n\n

To find your Backup section:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your Pterodactyl Panel here<\/a> and stop your server.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on Backups<\/strong><\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click on the three dots ...<\/code><\/strong>and then click onRestore<\/strong><\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click on Restore<\/strong><\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          \u26a0\ufe0f By default, your backup will replace existing files. \u26a0\ufe0f
          But if you also want to make a clean installation, you should tick the Delete all files before restoring backup<\/code><\/strong>box. By doing that, the server will first delete all the files, and just then, restore the backup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Your server will start restoring the backup normally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Now you just restored your backup!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
