Use <code>IP:PORT<\/code> to add your server to your client. (<em>example:<\/em> 192.0.0.1:26876)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find your IP and Port on your main Multicraft page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ggservers.com\/knowledgebase\/article\/getting-started-how-to-access-and-use-your-multicraft-panel\/\">Here<\/a> is our guide for getting access to your Multicraft panel if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">  Check If the Issue Is on Your Server&#8217;s End or Not  <\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>First, go to your Multicraft and check if your server is running or not. This error message can pop up if you try to join your server when it is stopped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ggservers.com\/knowledgebase\/article\/getting-started-how-to-access-and-use-your-multicraft-panel\/\">Here<\/a> is our guide for getting access to your Multicraft panel if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To check if your server is running please verify the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>See if your server is producing logs in the <code>Console<\/code>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>See if your Memory and CPU bars are fluctuating or not.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check if your server <code>Status<\/code> is set to <code>Online<\/code> or not.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">If the server is up and running but you still get this error, then the issue is on your client (PC) end and you need to try troubleshooting it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">  Troubleshooting the Issue on Your Client (PC) End  <\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>This error usually happens when your Firewall is not allowing the traffic to your X.X.X.jar file located in <code>C:UsersuserAppDataRoaming.minecraftversions&lt;version&gt;<\/code>.<br>\n(Simply, the version you are trying to use)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To fix this problem, you can temporarily disable your Firewall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To disable your Firewall go to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Control Panel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>System and Security<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Windows Firewall (or just type \u201cFirewall\u201d in your Start Menu Search Box)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, on the left, you can Disable the Firewall in <code>Turn Windows Defender Firewall ON or OFF<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Once disabled, you can try to join your server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">We recommend you turn your Firewall back ON after testing it. If you leave your Firewall OFF, malicious programs will be able to get access to your whole computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the error isn\u2019t fixed, you can whitelist (allow) your Minecraft to bypass the Firewall. You will need to allow <code>Java(TM) Platform SE Binary<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>If it&#8217;s still not working, try and whitelist the Minecraft Jar that you play. For this, you just need to find <code>Allow another program\u2026<\/code> then select your current Minecraft Version. If you can&#8217;t find it, you will have to manually search for the jar file of your Minecraft Version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To find your Minecraft Version folder please do the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press the Windows button and type <code>run<\/code>, then press Enter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type in the box that appears the following, then press Enter: <code>%appdata%.minecraft<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <code>version<\/code> folder, then on the folder with the same name as the version that you play, and whitelist <code>1.XX.X.jar<\/code> (example: <code>1.12.2.jar<\/code>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ggservers.com\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/4_1x2qiml.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If it&#8217;s still not working, many other factors can cause this. If you can\u2019t fix the problem, please try using a different Minecraft Version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Example:<\/em> If you are playing on 1.12.2, just try to connect with 1.12.
