Search for the modpack you want, then click on <code>Create Server<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ggservers.com\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/aa_c2k4d7.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>After that, you will have to select the optional mods you want, if the modpack offers them, then click on install. Note: Not all optional mods found when downloading the client version of the modpack will be in the server version, since some mods are not server-sided, such as a minimap, or HUD altering mods(e.g Zan\u2019s Minimap, Damage Indicators).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ggservers.com\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/bb_e7qi9v.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Your server files will then be found by accessing the <code>Servers<\/code> subfolder from the ATLauncher folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">  Installing the Modpack  <\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, let&#8217;s install the modpack on your server:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a new folder called <code>jar<\/code> in the server folder you just downloaded.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Depending on the Java version you want to use, rename the <code>forge-versionnumber.jar<\/code> to one of the following:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><code>custom-java16.jar<\/code> &#8211; for any modpack running on the 1.17 Minecraft version<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><code>custom-java11.jar<\/code> &#8211; for any modpack running on versions between 1.13 and 1.16<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><code>custom-java8.jar<\/code> &#8211; for any modpack running on versions lower than 1.13 (1.12, 1.11, etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Place the files you just renamed in the previous step, as well as the <code>minecraft_server.jar<\/code> and <code>libraries<\/code> folder, inside your new <code>jar<\/code> folder.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li>Delete everything from your server using FileZilla.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ggservers.com\/knowledgebase\/article\/how-to-connect-to-your-server-using-filezilla\/\">Here<\/a> is our guide for using FileZilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\n<li>Upload all server files created by ATLauncher to your server using FileZilla.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ggservers.com\/knowledgebase\/article\/how-to-connect-to-your-server-using-filezilla\/\">Here<\/a> is our guide for using FileZilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\">\n<li>Change the server type in your Multicraft control panel to <code>custom-java8.jar<\/code>, <code>custom-java11.jar<\/code>, or <code>custom-java16.jar<\/code> depending on how you named the <code>forge.versionnumber.jar<\/code> in step number 2, then click on save at the bottom of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ggservers.com\/knowledgebase\/article\/how-to-change-your-server-type-and-version\/\">Here<\/a> is our guide for changing your server type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"7\">\n<li>Start the server!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">If you still have any issues installing your ATLauncher modpack, you can purchase our <a href=\"https:\/\/ggservers.com\/knowledgebase\/article\/addons-general-information-and-how-to-order-one\/#1-modmodpack-installation-and-support\">Modpack Support and Setup Addon<\/a> and we will help you get everything set up.
