This guide will show you how to properly use the crash log scanner function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes your server is not able to start, producing errors in the server console. You can use our tool which will analyze your crash log and will provide a solution if one is found.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If not, you can anytime contact us via the ticket system for technical issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Do I Find My Crash Logs <\/h1>\n\n\n\n

To find your crash logs please do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your Multicraft here<\/a> and click on Console<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on Crash Logs<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      NOTE: If you click on Show Error<\/code> you will be sent to the latest identified error from your logs!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Find the crash log you want to open and click on Show Log<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        After finding the wanted crash log in the list you will have to do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
