Here is a tutorial to help you on how to install dynmap in your server.
1. Download your wished Dynmap plugin version [here](https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/dynmap/files).
2. Upload the plugin to your “plugins” folder. We highly recommend you to upload the plugin through FileZilla. You can find more about FileZilla in our Article “[Access Your Minecraft Server Files Via FTP](https://kb.ggservers.com/knowledge-base/how-to-access-your-server-files-via-ftp/)“.
3. Restart your server.
4. Open configuration.txt file. (Inside /plugins/dynmap)
5. Find “webserver-port”. (It is probably set to “8123”. We recommend that you change to some numbers above, for exemple “8124” or “8125”. This number is default and may already be in use by another server)
6. Save it, and restart your server.
You can access your server map in _http://yournumericserverip:webserver-port_ (Your map will update as the render shows loaded chunks).
**Dynmap on Modded Server:**
If you are using Forge on your server, you can download Dynmap Mod [here](https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/dynmapforge).
1. Download the Mod and then upload it to your “mods” folder.
We highly recommend you to upload the Mod through FileZilla. You can find more about FileZilla in our Article “[Access Your Minecraft Server Files Via FTP](https://kb.ggservers.com/knowledge-base/how-to-access-your-server-files-via-ftp/)“.
2. Restart your server.
3. A configuration file will be in your /dynmap directory. The setup is very similar than a plugin.
(The difference is that the file is in /dynmap/ and not in /plugins/dynmap/)
You can find more about it in the official [Dynmap Github wiki](https://github.com/webbukkit/dynmap/wiki).
